Job Description:
Are you a driven sales professional ready for your next challenge? Our company offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the sales team, develop innovative sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. We offer excellent professional and financial growth opportunities.
Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Full-time IN-OFFICE, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek
- Working in Fort Lauderdale, alongside account managers and a full team of educational professionals
- Oversee daily sales operations
- Managing and coordinating all sales activities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
- Develop strategies and set performance goals
- Track and report sales metrics
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing sales in corporate setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related fields preferred
- Extensive experience in sales preferably with professionals such as Physicians and Nurses
- Experience working with customer CRM is important as working with a CRM is an integral part of the position (examples include SalesForce, Zoho, HubSpot, and MS Office)
- Health Care background is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data
- Proven record of success with entire sales process from planning to closing
- Success rate at levels above sales quota
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (9am - 6pm) IN OFFICE
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
