Locations: Louisville, KY; Lexington, KY; Erlanger, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Toledo, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Seymour, IN; Evansville, IN; Nitro, WV (50% travel time). Additional travel outside of the primary area is possible.

Job Summary
As the Sales Manager - Distribution and Warehouse Products, you will lead and support our distribution and warehouse product offerings. You'll expand our customer base by implementing business execution plans, targeting prospects, and exceeding annual goals. Your role is to build long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs, setting measurable goals, and delivering results within their expected time frame.
Responsibilities
Lead and support efforts to grow our distribution and warehouse product offerings in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to identify and pursue opportunities in Distribution and Warehouse Material Handling Products, including Class I, II, and III, and Very Narrow Aisle Equipment.
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, application surveys, nurturing relationships, proposals, product demonstrations, and follow-up.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Distribution, Warehouse, and Very Narrow Aisle Equipment Solutions.
Coordinate and lead training initiatives for assigned product offerings.
Promote our philosophies, vision, and strategies, emphasizing "Doing the Right Thing" and the "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Five or more years of sales experience in material handling
Proven success in solution selling at large accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the primary area, with occasional travel outside
