Sales Manager - Dallas, Texas
IKRUSHER Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager for our Dallas, Texas location to direct and oversee our organization's sales team and related policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
The position will report to the Branch Manager - Dallas and requires familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires effectively.
The Sales Manager's role is to expand our customer base and achieve a monthly revenue target of $1 million. To be successful in this role, you must have previous management experience while accepting accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to assist in supervising a team of salespeople and setting profitability goals.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager or similar senior sales role – minimum of 5-7 years of Sales.
- Management experience.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Experience in the cannabis industry and vape hardware background is a plus.
- Evaluate individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Reach out to self-developed customer leads through cold calling/cold emailing.
- Work to close deals with self-developed accounts that meet the ideal customer profile for maximum revenue.
- Identify hiring needs, and select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly, ensuring internal sales purchases are accurately accounted for (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
- Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
- Follow ERP guidelines.
- Verify every invoice to make sure all products are paid in full.
- Ensure all payments are deposited in a timely manner; check ERP prices to ensure all reps are following protocol.
- Supervise sales representatives.
- Support employees to ensure their success by calling/having weekly meetings.
- Motivate the sales team.
- Manage revenue, expenses, and employee morale.
Full-Time:
Salary of between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, which includes quarterly and annual work performance bonuses.
Remote work is not allowed.
