We are looking for a top-performing salesperson with a proven track record in the CPG industry and a passion for taking your career to the next level. With a growing demand for our products, we need to expand into new markets, and are focused on building out the convenience (C-Store) channel. We are looking for a sales superstar to help us take our company to the next level. As a hands on IC you will be a key player in the organization's growth, working closely with the CEO and VP of Sales. Your expertise within C-Store will allow you to scale and flourish your division with future plans of expansion and additional product add.
We've acquired some amazing and big name customers without a full-time sales hire (Our VP is getting started now and we are looking for a C-store expert for that division), so if you're a hungry sales superstar looking to bet on yourself, this is a golden opportunity to crush it!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the C-Store channel to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term success and growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity in the C-Store channel to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and promotions.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the C-Store channel to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success in C-Store sales, with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a focus on snack products or relevant food and bev category products.
- Established network or book of business in the C-Store channel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting and empowering veterans
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key C Store customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze C-Store market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
