Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment.
- Lead & Develop sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with key account management.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
