About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate the client experience at Hampden. In this role, you will oversee daily operations while fostering a positive team culture centered on creativity, communication, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team (stylists), providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Drive sales results by tracking and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales budgets.
- Manage the guest experience to ensure a welcoming and engaging store environment.
- Address customer service inquiries and provide effective solutions based on guest feedback.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, refunds, client lists, and inventory management.
- Coach stylists on building strong client relationships and assessing their interaction quality.
- Create a fun and energetic atmosphere that encourages a sales-oriented culture.
- Facilitate daily morning meetings and lead product knowledge training sessions.
- Ensure the sales team is accountable for timely communication and returns.
- Serve as the point person for pop-up events and assist clients in the absence of stylists.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a retail or goal-focused environment.
- Previous experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong empathy, listening, and communication skills.
- Quick and flexible thinker with the ability to adapt to fast-paced situations.
- Competent in financial matters and knowledgeable about sales metrics.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using various sales reporting systems.
- Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Must demonstrate humility, hunger, and intelligence in approach to work.
