Sales Manager ( Assisted Living/Healthcare ) ( Full-Time) ( Onsite in Tinton Falls, NJ )
Location: Onsite in Tinton Falls, NJ 5 days per week
Salary: $80K - $90K Salary plus up to 8% Bonus and commissions

SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily sales activities in the community department with the sales director.
This position is designed to provide additional management focus in all areas of the sales office and serve as a training ground for individuals interested in becoming Sales Directors in the future.

Location: Onsite in Tinton Falls, NJ 5 days per week
Salary: $80K - $90K Salary plus up to 8% Bonus and commissions
Must Haves:
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Tinton Falls, NJ
- Must currently be managing a sales Team of 3-4 people
- Hospitality or Independent Living experience
- Experience in building relationships and trust with the senior demographic
- You must be an excellent communicator, motivate your team, build great relationships, and create a great culture.
SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily sales activities in the community department with the sales director.
This position is designed to provide additional management focus in all areas of the sales office and serve as a training ground for individuals interested in becoming Sales Directors in the future.
- Management of the sales office when the sales director is out.
- Weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales. Indicators (kit requests, luncheon attendance, deposits, reservations, settlements, back-outs, etc.).
- Direct responsibility for the pre-sales area of the office (Phone, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.).
- Direct responsibility for all sales programs, accelerating the Priority List's sales curve.
- Assistance with all personnel matters.
- Assistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales data.
- Assistance with the management of our event program.
- Assistance with the management of our data entry and reporting process.
- Assistance with the management of the move-in process.
- Assistance with building and solidifying important community partnerships.
- Assistance with solidifying successful partnerships with the corporate marketing department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in building relationships and trust with the senior demographic
- Proven sales experience
- High-level leadership skills, effective at influencing and motivating others
- Presentation skills(i.e., stand-up presentation in front of large groups without notes, lectern presentation with a script, impromptu "30-second commercial , executive meeting presentations, etc.)
- Deliberate follow-up and follow-through
- Customer service driven
- Established phone sales skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to facilitate the professional development of others, including coaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of and skills to train/educate the sales team
- Full understanding of all office processes and procedures
- Demonstrated relationship with senior community leaders
- Proven level of staff management
- Highly effective at strategic thinking and planning
- Intermediate level of public speaking
- Effective Process Management
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- A college degree is required.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required.
- Team leader or project leader experience is needed.
