As a Sales Coach, you will support our sales team to ensure peace of mind is delivered to our clients. You will monitor calls and host daily check-ins with all new sales representatives to help them stay on track. You will lead and oversee reps in weekly department meetings and 1:1s. You will be responsible for setting quotas, budgets, and outbound call goals. You'll develop our inside sales training programs and document new sales and training systems. You'll travel to visit clients, attend association meetings and trade shows.
We believe in building deep, meaningful relationships with our clients and we are looking for people who live to serve others. You'll meet weekly with your department in a group setting and 1:1 with your manager to develop personally and professionally. Location: 100% onsite Arlington, Texas
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Requirements
Company-wide meetings must be attended in-person, four times a year in either SC, MI, or TX (traveling by plane may be necessary).
Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and a background check.
Ideal candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of Sales Experience (Cold calling, prospecting, closing, visiting clients, attending trade shows, etc.)
- 3+ years of Managerial Experience (Leading a team, Problem Solving, Communication skills, Active listening skills, Time-management skills, Organizational skills)
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have a friendly and professional personality. You will be communicating (Phone, email, chats and video calls) with customers, vendors and peers all day long.
- Have above-average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Have a logistical mind and follow continuous improvement methodologies. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes to become more efficient.
