Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to review performance, product knowledge, and progress towards goals.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Maintain and build relationships with key customers.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
