REHAU Industries LLC, a leading component supplier to the woodworking industry, is seeking an experienced Sales and Key Account Manager to identify new markets and customers. Promote and sell REHAU’s products to a defined number of accounts in the assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets within the furniture division.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing the Furniture Solutions products for North West US and Canada. The role is an individual contributor role with high collaboration and interdepartmental engagement.
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and / or new customers as well as commercial and technical support of existing customers. Create New Business with new customers and/or new products. Respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times and contracts within limited authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Develop sales plans for customers, monitor and adapt sales activities in order to meet the objectives.
- Intensively monitor the competitors and fixing competitive sales prices in alignment with the manager sales. Calculate in alignment with the manager sales. Place and negotiate offers. Prepare and successfully negotiate pricing measures in alignment with the manager sales.
- Ongoing market research and requirement analysis. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Prepare and implement customer events (trade fairs, presentations, lectures, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 Years of Furniture components Sales/Marketing experience.
- Woodworking or lamination product sales is huge plus.
- Relationship building, strong written and verbal communication.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Total range of compensation will be between $110K - $125K and may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
