MUST:
Experienced Business Development Analyst
2+ years of experience working with a Government subcontractor in the Business development field
Experience pursuing opportunities in the Federal or DOD space
Prior experience Perform research and analysis on the different opportunities in the BD Pipeline
Experience performing research and analysis on core customers
Experience gathering data, performing, research and analysis on new opportunities as well as the competition
Proficient in using federal opportunity subscription services like GovWin, Gov Tribe, etc.
Knowledge of and able to navigate through government agency websites, Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), USASpending.gov, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional interpersonal and communication/writing skills
Bachelor s degree in business administration or marketing
DUTIES:
Work directly for the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Growth Team in support of the Business Development Directors.
Be an enabler to the Business Development and Growth Team in all areas
Perform overall market research
Perform research and analysis on the different opportunities in the BD Pipeline
Perform research and analysis on core customers
Perform research and analysis on competition, monitor and analyze competitor offerings, strategies, and partnerships in the GovCon landscape
Perform research on Government and Industry contact information
Be a contributor for data analysis and aggregation in support of the team
Use Salesforce CRM to add, drop, move, and update opportunities
Identify and assess opportunity leads to present to the team
Ability to develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and companies
Develop and present customer workbooks containing research results of target account/agency/customer POC(s), budgets, partner firms, etc.
Assess and analyze the competition for Pipeline opportunities
