Position: Sales Floor Associate

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $15/hour + Commission and Bonuses!

Experience: Previous commission-based sales experience is required.

Education: A degree in interior design is a plus.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Day Shift

Clark Personnel is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
• Skillfully highlight the benefits and features of the merchandise.
• Recommend and sell complementary products to enhance customer purchases.
• Clearly explain and offer financing options.
• Conduct follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle all paperwork related to sales and product delivery.
• Engage in a relationship-focused sales approach.
• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge.
• Maintain and update a database of potential customers and their preferences.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Position Requirements:

• Interior design experience a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
