The role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the growth and success of Tangle Teezer’s business. Your attention to detail and organization, as well as excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, as well as liaising with our wonderful retail partners.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Gain exposure to a variety of mass, drug, fashion, and professional partners that carry our hairbrushes.
- Work with the account managers to support top-tier customers that are growing at a rapid pace. This role will likely also have a few select customers of their own to develop.
- Learn to use retailer portals for weekly sales & inventory reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and operations to meet deadlines and ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with EPD/NPD team for on-hand samples and send them out before customer sales meetings.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Assist in supporting the Sales team with day-to-day ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to new item setup forms

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Beneficial but not essential is a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
