What We're Looking For:
2 years of Sales experience, ideally in B2B or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders confidently.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and business fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration within a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in various computer applications, technology, and the internet.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Capacity to work independently and flexibly, including during non-traditional hours.
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving direct sales and facilitating relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to generate repeatable, sustainable, and predictable incremental sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize our existing customer base as a foundation for your sales initiatives, engaging with known customers.
Work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries about our products, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Leverage sales data and reports to identify and target specific customers with growth potential.
Pursue organic and data-driven opportunities through cold and warm outreach based on segmentation, purchase history, frequency, and trends.
Articulate the breadth and depth of our product selection and software capabilities to prospective customers.
Apply general product knowledge to cater to the diverse needs of various customer types.
