What We're Looking For:
Are you a dynamic communicator with a knack for sales? We're seeking a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B or Inside Sales, to join our team. If you're passionate about fostering meaningful connections, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
2 years of Sales experience, preferably in B2B or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and business fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Comfortable with technology and computer applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
Ability to work independently and during flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving incremental sales and fostering customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Utilizing existing customer base to initiate sales efforts and engage with known customers.
Collaborating with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Analyzing sales data and reports to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Conducting cold and warm calls to prospective customers based on segmentation and purchase history.
Communicating product features and capabilities to potential customers.
Demonstrating general product knowledge to address various customer needs.
