About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Staff Analyst.
- Maintain and update project files and databases using Excel and SharePoint.
- Create and maintain hard and soft filing systems.
- Attend meetings and prepare presentations.
- Draft and complete analyses and other analytic/administrative duties assigned by management.
- Other tasks related to this work.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business, public administration, technology, environmental science, sustainability, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, urban planning/studies, or related field.
- Two years of demonstrated full-time experience:
- Creating, tracking, and evaluating and analyzing project files/data bases.
- Using Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams
- Drafting and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
- Education or experience with Human Resources work or issues is preferred.
