Sales Executive, Professional Staffing - ExecuSource

SALES EXECUTIVE, PROFESSIONAL STAFFING

Location: Schaumberg, IL

Pay: $$65k

Our client is looking for you, a Sales Executive with experience in the staffing industry, preferably selling within one of the professional disciplines: Engineering, IT, Finance/Accounting or others.

What you get to do:

• Maximize territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, conducting customer meetings, and demonstrating staffing solutions and services (direct hire, contract/temporary, staff augmentation, etc)
• Generate new target prospects through research, networking at key client/association events and referrals, and establishing appointments via phone
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative approach to understand the client's needs and demonstrate the value of services to meet those needs
• Provide ongoing customer service to accounts once secured
• Work closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations

What you need to succeed:

• 1+ years staffingsales experience in a professional services environment is preferred
• 1+ years of professional staffing sales/knowledge
• Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
• Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
• Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance
