TITLE: Sales Executive
REPORTS TO: CEO/President
LOCATION: Miami, FL
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We're looking for an experiences salesperson with a track record of success in the fresh produce industry to help get our company's products into additional retailers all over the United States. You will be the first salesperson on the team, as our CEO/President has been solely responsible for sales up until this point.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Notify and assist buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer's needs and preferences.
· Identify and target new business development in the retail and wholesale community.
· Promote and secure business-to-business sales
· Program/Contract Sales
· Timely manage Ad Business/Promotions
· Close sales, achieve monthly targets and commit to sales results
· Responsible for entire sales process from first contact to close
· Responsible for individual accounts sales and gross profit
· Responsible for processing and turning in job related paperwork within the set time lines
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum ten years of sales experience in the produce industry.
· Proven track record of strong sales, customer relations, meeting quotas and closing deals
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
· Quick and accurate with paperwork, figures, attentive to detail, and have good follow-through.
· Organizational skills, ability to work independently, promote, sell and secure new business.
· Demonstrated excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
