We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive/ Business Development to join our team in the IT staffing industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships within the South Florida market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT staffing solutions. This position is a hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation techniques.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Regularly update clients on industry trends, market developments, and new service offerings.
- Consultative Selling:
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable IT staffing solutions to address client requirements.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match qualified candidates with client requirements.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the IT staffing sector.
- Analyze market data and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have 5+ years of sales experience working in IT Staffing in the South Florida market.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of IT terminology, trends, and job roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
