Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions aligned with their unique requirements.
• Policy Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of insurance products.
• Negotiation and Closing: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance.

• Experience: 5+ years of previous commercial and personal lines experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
• Insurance Licenses: Must possess the necessary insurance licenses.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, with exceptional prospecting and closing abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.

• Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
