Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Hunter in a Rapidly Growing Company!
Location: Central Pennsylvania
Join us as a Sales Executive and play a vital role in identifying and signing new customer accounts within your territory. You'll be spending most of your time in the field, actively prospecting for new business. Your self-motivation and drive to succeed will be key to your success.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING TO THE HOPSITALITY/RESTAURANT INDUSTRY!
Key Responsibilities:
• Work independently and collaborate across teams to develop effective selling strategies that generate new business.
• Conduct daily prospecting activities primarily in the field.
• Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts, and pricing.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Track and input daily sales activities, leads, and pipeline data into our online sales tracking system.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for new business.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated territory, with occasional overnight trips.
• Strong skills in prospecting, proposing, negotiating, and closing sales in a short sales cycle.
• Extensive experience in cold calling and strategic selling.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online technologies (Salesforce preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Field sales experience with a “hunter mentality” is highly desirable.
• Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Experience selling solutions to the restaurant/hospitality industry.
