About the Job
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, hotel/restaurant management or a related field, and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to support on the job effectiveness.
5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a food & beverage sales role
Knowledge of Catering Operations
Prior experience in a similar venue with more than $1M in food and beverage sales.
Demonstrated financial acumen with proven track record for generating revenue growth.
P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience.
Must possess strong knowledge of financials, operations procedures, controls and administration, as well as awareness and ability to perform all sales-related functions.
Solid and proven track record for sales and leadership success.
Tech savvy, with high proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
Experience with BEO software, Caterease, is preferred
Flexibility, ability to work extended or irregular hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Specialized Qualifications:
Stamina to work 50+ hours per week as needed
Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
Excellent listening and communication skills
Renowned time management skills
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs
The ability to work alone and as a team
Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and articulate a high volume of information

Work Environment
Non-travel days: This position has the opportunity to work remotely or work out of the Atlanta Corporate office.
During travel: Events will be in an outdoor setting with movement between temporary structures, buildings, and semi loading trucks. This position will often operate golf carts, walk across uneven surfaces, and climb stairs as needed.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue with bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25 lbs.

Position Salary & Benefits:
This is considered a full-time salary position with a base salary and event based commission structure.
