We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive success in the wholesale lumber, building materials, and forest products industry.

Position Overview
This full-time, onsite role reports to the Branch Manager (location confidential). It involves cultivating customer relationships, achieving sales and margin goals, managing product delivery, and maintaining market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual sales and gross margin goals.
- Develop new business through lead generation and prospecting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by monitoring account performance and acting proactively.
- Coordinate and oversee product shipments, working closely with logistics and account management teams.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to align supply with customer demand.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally 10+ years in the building materials or construction industries.
- Established relationships with general contractors or framers, especially in the multi-family space (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Growth-oriented, self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; 4-year degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive commission-based pay with an annual draw of $75,000.
- Biannual commission settlements (summer and winter).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and PTO.
