Sales Excellence Manager, Consumption - Microsoft Corporation

As a Sales Excellence Manager, Consumption for our Consumption Business, you will drive a predictable and high-quality business rhythm across the Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality four-quarter (4Q) rolling business outcomes. Working with Segment and Sales leaders, you will provide guidance on pipeline health and Microsoft sales methodologies, drive sustainable growth by calling and managing risk and upside, identify/target high-value opportunities, minimize slip rates, accelerate partner co-sell and translate business insights into business models that accelerate outcomes. You'll contribute to sales and consumption strategies, and help put in place prioritized sales plays. + You will build relationships with sales, consumption, and support teams, and show them how to become more effective coaches to their sellers. You'll contribute to plans to get sales, consumptions, and support teams to create new habits. + You will contribute to efforts to optimize sales, consumption, and support team capabilities. You'll also partner with leaders to remove sales and consumption roadblocks, increase customer face time, and enhance seller effectiveness. + You will leverage reporting and analytical capabilities to create data-based insights for sellers and managers. And, you'll ensure sales and consumption adhere to processes and standards, helping hold managers accountable when necessary. + Other + Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + 4+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field + OR equivalent experience. + 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions. + 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in a related field. + 3+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience. Sales Excellence IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
