Compensation includes flexible hours (with seasonal considerations) at a competitive hourly rate of $40-45/hour (based on experience) plus commission structure, with first-year earning potential $75k plus.

About the Job

• Build lasting relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and providing thoughtful solutions
• Transform client visions into detailed project estimates that balance quality and value
• Manage your own schedule of appointments and follow-ups across Park City's neighborhoods
• Apply your eye for detail to create accurate measurements and project scopes
• Guide clients through color selection and finish options, sharing your expertise
• Collaborate with our painting teams to ensure project success from estimate to completion
• Represent our company's commitment to quality and service excellence in every interaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers and property managers as well as local contractors for referral opportunities

Sales/Estimator Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
• Background in residential services or trades industries is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, spreadsheets, measuring apps)
• Experience with project estimation or scope development (preferred)
• Knowledge of Park City area and local housing market (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
