Pennings & Sons is seeking an experienced Sales professional with 5 to 10 years of residential construction experience. You will drive sales goals by helping identify and present to clients that will benefit from our detail-oriented process of helping homeowners love where they live.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service, relationship building and industry knowledge
• Develop estimates/proposals that demonstrate an understanding of client ideas, needs, wants and budget
• Present proposals to potential customers for residential remodeling projects
• Provide client care through the life of the project as their dreams turn into reality
• Develop new business by analyzing client potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales
• Set goals with Leadership then meet them
