POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves applying fundamental sales techniques, including client meetings, phone sales, group presentations, and active involvement in technical and professional associations. Responsible for creating proposals for the company’s services in collaboration with the Operations and corporate teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the achievement of regional sales targets.
- Regularly engage with key existing clients and establish connections with potential new clients.
- Deliver impactful customer presentations and ensure that pricing and technical details in proposals are accurate. This may include site walk-throughs and field visits.
- Support marketing efforts to strengthen the company’s reputation across the industry.
- Implement monthly regional marketing plans.
- Assist corporate teams with service assessments, market research, and the creation of promotional materials.
- Participate in public relations activities to drive sales growth.
- Take an active role in trade shows and professional organizations.
- Present on behalf of the company’s training services and speaker initiatives.
- Be an active member of the Area Management Team, contributing to committee efforts.
- Support the development of regional sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide fresh ideas and insights to enhance Sales and Marketing activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, and smell.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, basic color differentiation, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly required to lift or move items up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE/BSME) with no professional experience, or a graduate from an electrical technical school (or equivalent) with five years of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with eight years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some overnight travel within the designated sales territory.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear. The position involves working on a computer and conducting walk-throughs of construction sites, including working around electrical equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
