About the Job
Responsibility of Rotating Equipment Sales Engineer:
- Review proposal documents and project specifications to implement into system design.
- Create and revise required project documentation and submit to customer
- Responsible for sizing equipment (pumps, control valves, regulators, piping etc.) to meet project design conditions, customer specifications, and the company’s standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross functional team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to support our customer’s needs.
- Provide technical support to Field Service during system pre-commissioning and commissioning as well as trouble shooting for project warranty period.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of Rotating Equipment Sales Engineer:
- Has a good understanding of Gas Compressor products, which includes spare parts, shop repairs and field services, as well as system modifications and upgrades, of an installed base of process gas compressor systems and packages, comprising of screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors, pumps, turbines, etc…
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and/or Business or combined education and experience.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer in Rotating Machinery and/or Static Equipment.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Must be able to travel
- Excellent Communication skills (Speak, Read, and Write), Mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
