Job Details
We are hiring for a motivated and tech-savvy Permanent Sales Engineer to join our remote team! This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Sales Engineering specifically in device engineering or datacenter. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers, supporting our datacenter clients, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact in our firm and with our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospective clients, effectively showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of our products.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing technical sales support, and expertise to assist in closing deals.
3. Maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and fostering customer satisfaction.
4. Provide responses to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications, and provide software development and consultation to prospective users.
5. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on sales progress and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a sales engineering role within IT or electronics manufacturing.
3. Proven experience with Supermicro, Dell, Gigabyte, and Rack Level Deployment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with key customers.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well in a remote team setting.
