Position: Solutions Engineer - Managed Service Providers
Location: Remote (Tri-State area: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware)

Role Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer specializing in serving our valued MSP partners, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing and implementing our portfolio solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding our products and how they align with the diverse needs of our customers. This position requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
Lead proof of concept deployments both remotely and in-person, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Represent us at industry events, tradeshows, and professional training forums, fostering meaningful connections with partners and clients.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to provide real-time feedback on market trends and product enhancements.
Act as a liaison between partners and our Product Management and Engineering teams, effectively communicating enhancement requests and requirements.
Facilitate technical training sessions for internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and industry developments.
Work alongside our channel teams to strengthen partner relationships and expand our market presence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of experience in a technology, sales engineering, software, or technical engineering role.
Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, including Data Protection, Security, and Storage solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Experience working alongside Channel Partners and fostering strong professional relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
