Compensation: $40k-$60k/year base plus commissions. Target earnings of $150k/year or more
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development and account planning within your assigned territory
- Act as a liaison and work directly with various manufacturers
- Manage existing business relationships and validate new opportunities
- Handle customer requests and requirements
- Manage business travel, including record-keeping of mileage and expenses
- Occasionally fill in outside of your assigned territory when needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the HVACR industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and access to an automobile, as travel within your assigned territory is required
- Minimum of a 2-Year Technical Degree; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred
