This Pre-Sales Systems Engineering team member will serve as a customer and partner-facing technical evangelist supporting Deep Instinct Accounts Executives with presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof of value engagements.  Beyond possessing an exceptional technical aptitude across cybersecurity, networking, server, cloud, and virtualization, success in the role requires a strong customer service orientation, a deliberate sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style. The ability to manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously with a focus on ensuring that the value of Deep Instinct solutions is understood and appreciated by customers and partners, and ultimately realized upon implementation, is paramount.

What will you do on a daily basis, with the coolest technology?

• Evangelize Deep Instinct solutions and strategies to large named prospects while also expanding the scope within our current strategic customer base
• Qualify opportunities by defining the level of compatibility between the Deep Instinct’s Prevention Platform and the customer’s technical requirements
• Develop relationships with Product Management, and collaborate with that team to prioritize feature enhancements that are key to the success of named accounts, into the DI solution in a timely and predictable manner
• Organize and manage weekly meetings with named customers and engage with the broader Deep Instinct organization to answer their questions and address any concerns
• Engage in the technical support process by opening tickets and/or escalating support cases as necessary to ensure that there are timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Build strong personal relationships with the key stakeholders with their named accounts
• Closely collaborate with the Deep Instinct Sales Engineering organization, sharing insight gained in your engagements, and leveraging the experience of the broader organization.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in selling cybersecurity solution to large named accounts for partners or vendors
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and communicate professionally across all functional lines.
• Exceptional technical aptitude across not only cybersecurity, but networking, server, cloud and virtualization
• Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and partner ecosystem
• Ability to formulate strategies involving multiple people and organizations, and then follow through with those initiatives.
• Must have a strong customer service orientation, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on driving Deep Instinct success.
• A strong understanding of Deep Instinct solutions and how to position them within large accounts is strongly preferred.
