Applications Engineer - CNC Laser Cutting Systems - Spring Valley, NV
| Provide expertise in developing solutions and cost estimates for automated multi-axis CNC systems involving Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, Laser Welders, Plasma Cutters, and Fiber Laser Welders integration into clients in automotive, consumer products and aerospace manufacturing. Additionally: *** Evaluate customer requirements, plant layout, and power supply to establish scope, special requirements, and specification exceptions. *** Develop accurate bill of material and cost proposals and present to client. Candidate must possess at least 3 years experience programming and operating laser and plasma machine tools, knowledge of modern fabrication processes for both plastic and metal materials, and BS in engineering.
