About the Job
⦁ Drive Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer requirements in depth and recommend tailored product solutions and drive sales.
⦁ Lead Technical Support Across the Sales Cycle: Act as the primary technical advisor, providing expert support and guidance to help customers.
⦁ Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations: Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique value, functionality, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
⦁ Pursue New Growth Opportunities: Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to proactively identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities.
⦁ Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships that boost satisfaction, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.
⦁ Influence Sales Strategies and Contracts: Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, offering technical insights to inform pricing models and support contract negotiations that drive revenue growth.
Requirements
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
⦁ Ideally, 2 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
⦁ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
⦁ Proven experience in presenting technical products and resolving customer technical questions.
⦁ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
⦁ Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying and meeting customer needs.
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⦁ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
⦁ Experience with CRM and sales management tools.
