We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to apply their skills and expertise in product application, equipment arrangements, bill of materials, design, technical sales, customer relationship management, communication, HVAC, and CAD. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our business forward, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering technical solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer, you will:
1. Utilize your extensive knowledge of product application, equipment arrangements, and bill of materials to provide technical and sales support to our clients and sales team.
2. Develop and present comprehensive, custom solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in design, HVAC, and CAD.
3. Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, converting leads into sales, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and the delivery of high-quality products and services.
6. Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in product application, equipment arrangements, bill of materials, design, technical sales, customer relationship management, communication, HVAC, and CAD.
3. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
4. Strong customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
5. A results-driven approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth, drive sales, and meet or exceed targets.
6. A strong technical aptitude, with the ability to develop and present comprehensive, custom solutions to meet client needs.
7. A collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. A commitment to staying current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
9. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
