HumCap's client, a manufacturer's representative, is in search of a Sales Engineer based in Dallas, Texas. They serve engineers, architects, owners, and contractors across Texas, offering a wide array of air movement, air treatment, hydronic systems, and noise/vibration elimination equipment.

The Engineering Sales Representative will focus on engaging with engineering firms across North Texas.
GOALS
- Increase the percentage of bids specifying company products by effectively engaging with building owners and consulting engineers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with owners and consulting engineering firms, fostering trust and technical competence.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Commercial, Industrial, and Control Sales engineers to identify project opportunities.
- Coordinate with Manufacturer Rep partners to educate engineers on products and services through joint sales calls, lunch & learns, and factory trips.
- Participation in local Dallas ASHRAE chapter.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Engineering Sales Representative should have:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience in engineering, contracting, or HVAC product sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally manage diverse personalities.
- Effective sales and prospecting skills.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and strong relationship-building abilities.
