Overview:
AMOT Controls is a leading manufacturer of custom engineered valves and controls for engines, turbines and compressors. This includes thermostatic control valves, air intake shutoff valves for diesel engines, gas fuel control products, etc. A significant portion of AMOT’s products are provided to major engine, turbine and compressor OEM’s, packagers and dealers.
Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager will design, implement, and manage the sales enablement program for our expanding sales team. This role is critical to the success of AMOT’s sales team and will be responsible for the creation, execution and delivery of training focused on supporting the growth of these teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Skills Training
- Train sales team on best practices for sales methodology.
- Conduct role playing sessions and provide feedback.
- Sales Process
- Develop and formalize the sales process : including stages, sales activities and gates.
- Incorporate process improvements and sales motions into the CRM.
- Gather, review and scale prospecting best practices
- Onboarding Program
- Develop sales onboarding program that focuses on future employees’ first year of development at AMOT
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team to help identify and implement new marketing campaigns.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and organize work areas for efficiency and safety.
- Provides status reports to management as required.
- Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5-10 years direct sales experience and 3-5 years of Sales Enablement Experience
- Proficiency in CRM required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly skilled in developing training, presentation, and written communication
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in Sales Enablement. Familiarity with ADDIE or other type of instructional design model.
- Have experience with Sales methodologies, Go-to-Market processes, and training best practices
- Facilitates an adult learning experience
- Executes effective management disciplines and establishes sales coaching
- Demonstrable project management skills in the owning of the requirements, scheduling, resourcing, design, delivery, documentation, and roll-out of projects
- Ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into a training curriculum with a strong sense of how professionals think, operate, and absorb training
- Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective content
- Team player who has the ability to communicate across departments and seniority levels
