We are seeking a competitive and results driven Sales Director to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
- Establish high standards, solid customer focus, strong employee recognition/appreciation process, and ultimately achieve industry leading performance
- Assist in developing sales plan that includes forecasts and KPI reporting for C-Suite to use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Review client activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve client satisfaction
- Personally help close sales deals
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
- Manage a sales training program to train new employees
- Meet with sales team to assess company performance
- Manage and build on existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies

- Experienced negotiator with various levels of management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- 10+ years in B2B sales and strategic partnerships with hands-on experience managing and scaling sales teams, preferably in the technology and/or construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
- Computer proficiency and technical abilities with MS Office applications (strong understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of building, managing, developing and retaining sales teams
