About the Job
The Woodmark at Sun City is looking for a Sales Director to join the team!
The candidate will be responsible to ensure that the respective senior living community meets and exceeds the monthly number of deposits and move ins as noted in yearly budget. Capability to strategize and implement business development for effective brand awareness. Ability to be an effective team player through verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties:
- Schedule, organize and conduct tours with prospective resident or family.
- A minimum one deposit per week to meet goal of 4-5 move ins per month.
- Effective business development with a minimum of 40 visits to the territory per month.
- Meet and/or exceed 200 voice to voice calls per month to prospects or their family members.
- Respond timely with all website leads, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-ins.
- Create and implement effective monthly events for prospect, family, and medical field.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Sales and Marketing Director in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plans.
- Effectively work on keeping to date a lead generation marketing database.
- Administration paperwork.
Qualifications:
- A passion for helping seniors.
- Sales experience.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team setting and to convey strong public-relations skills.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers, residents, family members, and staff.
- Knowledgeable with word suite, excel, power point, and marketing lead generation database.
- Skilled telephone presentation for scheduling of tours and appointments.
- Computer skill in word suite, excel, power point, marketing lead generation database.
Work Schedule:
- Sunday- Thursday
