The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our B2B sales and business development efforts, driving growth for both our engineering services and the Alliance. Reporting directly to the President of our company, you'll be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth in BDTI engineering services and Alliance memberships, trade show participation, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation and attendance at events.
Meet an annual quota of approximately $2M.
Cultivate relationships with technology companies, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Sell Alliance memberships, exhibit booths, and sponsorships to a diverse range of clients.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor, software development, edge AI, or computer vision industries.
Proven track record in quota-carrying sales, with expertise in engaging engineering and marketing teams.
Strong understanding of the embedded systems market, with a knack for learning new technologies.
Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering-related field.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
