Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
- Additional Compensation: Up to $50,000 potential
- Benefits: Full benefits package provided

Position Overview
Our client, a leader in digital imaging solutions for consumer, business-to-business, and industrial markets across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director. The role involves driving and developing business performance across the US, Canada, LATAM, and South America.
The position is hybrid, requiring a mix of in-office presence and remote work based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve performance goals across multiple geographical regions.
- Lead and manage the U.S. sales organization while driving additional business growth.
- Maintain and expand the partner and customer base, including onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsourcers, and service centers.
- Collaborate on campaigns with partners and establish development plans.
- Monitor success through KPIs and other performance metrics.
- Foster collaboration across internal business units in Europe and the U.S.
- Participate actively in the Executive Management Team, serving as a voice for sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts effectively, especially within the Americas region.
Qualifications
- Education: BS in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science (or relevant professional experience in account management).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in software solutions sales at the executive level, including several years in management.
- Proven leadership and success in business planning, development, and risk management.
- Track record of motivating teams and achieving goals in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and other ERP products.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and related applications.
- Other Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
- Agile and adaptable with the ability to inspire team members and drive change.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
