Job Details
The Director of Sales is required to live within the Mountain Region; Denver, Las Vegas, or Salt Lake City.
The Director of Sales position is an important part of the organization and will be responsible for providing essential support to the Account Executives based in the Mountain Region to include, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. The Director of Sales will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed and the ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business. The Director of Sales will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market(s). Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned market(s) and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
