The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our U.S. Mid-Market account executive team. As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our partner base, and achieving sales quotas. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with our global strategies.
What Awaits You
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-8 individuals to drive revenue growth within the U.S. Mid-Market segment.
Collaborate closely with our global teams to align efforts across different regions.
Sell our product while providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to your team.
Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with qualified opportunities and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Communicate the company's vision, business plans, and updates to your team.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts.
What We're Looking For
7-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in SaaS products.
Deep understanding of the Cloud Ecosystem, with specific knowledge of AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies is preferable.
Experience selling to CTO Organizations including Operations and Engineering.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM (Salesforce).
