Our Sales Teams are the first point of contact for all Vista Globals prospects; dealing with all aspects of their travel requirements as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that each flight is tailor-made to the member’s specific needs.

Responsibilities:- Selling the VistaJet Program membership in your designated territory;
- Building and maintaining and pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships;
- Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close;
- Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business;
- Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team;
- Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.
- At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline. Private aviation experience desirable;
- Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable;
- Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process;
- You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated;
- Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
