Position Overview: Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. Leads sales efforts, builds census, fosters relationships with prospective residents and families, and collaborates with leadership to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Lead prospect development and monitor performance.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
Conduct tours and meetings to showcase community benefits.
Address unique resident needs to foster trust.
Strategic Marketing:
Partner with marketing to drive campaigns, events, and lead generation.
Utilize CRM to track leads and measure strategy effectiveness.
Represent the community at networking events.
Operational Collaboration:
Work with leadership to align sales and operations.
Provide feedback on pricing, services, and market competitiveness.
Monitor and report occupancy and market trends.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a smooth sales process and seamless move-in transition.
Advocate for resident satisfaction and integrate feedback into sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years in sales, 2+ in senior living or healthcare.
Proven success in meeting sales targets.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach.
