We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with mid-market enterprise clients, cultivating relationships, generating meetings, and driving sales growth. This position requires working from our office in the vibrant city of New York.

Responsibilities:
Proactively generate 4+ meetings weekly through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Utilize CRM and sales tools effectively to monitor performance and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar outbound sales role.
Proficiency in high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, and LinkedIn.
Results-driven, competitive mindset with ambition to succeed.
Ability to work from our NYC office.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of outbound sales experience in Light Industrial Staffing.
Familiarity with the light industrial labor industry, its roles, and processes.
Existing network or book of business with Warehouse Managers, HR Directors, TAMs, or COOs is advantageous.
Previous experience in a startup environment.

On-target earnings (OTE) of $65,000 to $85,000+.
