Position Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) your primary responsibility is to generate leads through: cold calling, emailing, developing client relations, and event attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and generate new business opportunities
- Schedule discovery calls with prospective customers
- Strategize with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage leads and sales activities via Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Keep up with ICP market trends and industry developments
- Attend events to generate leads and build relationships
- Report sales activities and communicate to management on a regular basis

Experience:
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Event attendance: in-person and social networking
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
- Sit or stand for long periods (upwards of 8 hours per day)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common CRM Toolsets
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Salary
55k-65k base; 90k-95k OTE with commission
