We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As a SDR, you will play a critical role in sourcing qualified opportunities and building a strong pipeline to support our growth objectives. Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a SDR, you will be responsible for driving new business by reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to achieve growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a high-growth organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively conduct 50 to 100 outbound activities per day, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Screen and qualify outbound leads through effective communication and discovery calls.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate reporting, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff process for new customers.
- Maintain accountability for achieving daily and weekly activity metrics.
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer acquisition process and contribute to the company's rapid growth.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Maximum of 1+ years of sales experience (experience with AWS preferred).
- Highly ambitious and goal-driven, with a proven desire to exceed performance targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales or business solutions is a plus.
