We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market enterprise clients, generating meetings, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires the ability to work from the office in NYC.

Responsibilities:
- Generate 4+ meetings per week through cold calling, email, LinkedIn
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- 0-3y of sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
- Proficiency in high-volume cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM, sales tools and LinkedIn
- Results-driven, ambitious, competitive mindset
- Ability to work from the office in NYC
Preferred qualifications:
- 1-3y of outbound sales experience in Light Industrial Staffing
- Knowledge of the light industrial labor industry, roles, and processes
- Book of business with Warehouse Manager/HRD/TAM/COO is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus

- Employment type: Full-time
- Base compensation $55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your experience and skills)
- OTE (on-target earnings) $65,000-$85,000+
- SDRs CRUSH their quota up to 400%!
