Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients within the construction, landscape, and masonry sectors.
Utilize various channels, including online research and networking, to generate new business leads.
Client Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce [Your Company Name] and its construction solutions to potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction, landscape, and masonry sectors.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative in the construction, landscape, or masonry industry.
Strong understanding of construction solutions and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
